Update to Blog Activity Goals
I haven’t posted for a while because I have been working on another project. I get hyper focused and forget to work on other projects while that happens. I haven’t given up on my weight loss journey, I’m still tracking calories and my weight. I’m still being active. I’ll continue to post regular weight loss updates as well as non-update blog posts. I just won’t do it daily. In the meantime, I will be doing a full launch of the weight loss course very soon and performing some site updates over the next few weeks to match the launch.
The gyms are now open, and I’ve joined a new gym since my old one silently disappeared. I’m looking forward to weight training again. I’m following the Wendler 5-3-1 program and have found that it is a very good program. It’s a complex program and requires a well developed spreadsheet to properly follow. The best aspects of the program are it has built in progression and you never lift more weight your body can actually support.
