Day 82 : Weekly Meal Prep
Today, I woke up and weighed myself. Weight is: 80.4Kg. Yesterday I consumed 68 calories above my BMR and did 624 calories of exercise above my BMR. Total deficit is 692 calories.
For some people, weekly meal prep may be an excellent option. Weekly food prep usually revolves around taking one day each week (usually a Sunday) and cooking and preparing all the food for the rest of the week. This may be as simple as just cooking meat and freezing it, or creating nearly the whole meal, and storing it in single serving containers. However it is done is up to you.
A person who may benefit from weekly food prep would be a young, very busy person. They may live on their own or have a young family, equally as busy. It makes it easier to measure the food and makes it easier to prepare the food when meal time comes around. Measuring food is the hardest part of tracking calories, and any way you can make it easier can help.
