Day 8: Writing a Blog Post Every Day

Today, I woke up and weighed myself. Weight is: 84.3Kg. Yesterday I consumed 700 calories below my BMR and did 300 calories of exercise above my BMR. Total deficit is 1000.


Yesterday was a fast day. Didn’t have the same results as my last fast day. Didn’t do a weight band resistance training day, instead did an HIIT workout. I’m starting to think that both weight training and HIIT cannot happen because I don’t want to overtrain. They are both high intensity activities and require time for healing.


This documented weight loss journey requires me to do an almost daily blog post. To do that, I’ve actually been writing my headline topics almost a week ahead of time. In fact, my blog posts are a day behind my actual process. Writer’s block means I may not have something I can talk about right here and now, but, if I have 7 to 10 topics on the go, there should be something I can discuss. Like today, the topic is writer’s block and how to overcome it. The answer: Have an entire list of topics ready to write about, and every day, you work at least a half hour on them. Hopefully you finish one and can publish. The other option is to find an old post and either write more about something in it, or spruce the old one up a bit and re-publish.
