Day 54:Goal Alignment
Today, I woke up and weighed myself. Weight is: 81.6 Kg. Yesterday I consumed 660 calories below my BMR and did 0 calories of exercise above my BMR. Total deficit is 660 calories.
I speak a lot about goals in my blog posts, by book, and in the 2 courses I have produced. Goals provide direction and purpose. Goals need to be aligned with your idea of who you are, who you want to be, and what you want to do. If your goals are not aligned then at worst, you may be acting counter to who you are, and at best, you may be doing something you don’t value. Either way, you are wasting your time.
I almost always discuss vision alongside goals. Your vision of who you are, who you want to be, and what you want to do is critical when building your goals.
