Day 36: Course Soft Launch

Today, I woke up and weighed myself. Weight is: 82.7Kg. Yesterday I consumed 315 calories below my BMR and did 570 calories of exercise above my BMR. Total deficit is 885 calories.


So this is my lowest in about a year. I quietly revamped my goals after re-measuring my body fat % and looking at old data. A few years ago when I wrote the book, I did the same process as I am doing now, following the instructions to get down to a target weight. My end point was 12% body fat then, so I have decided to change my goal from 10% to 12% for this exercise. That moves my target weight to 77Kg.


I’ve soft launched my new MMA Weight Secrets Video Course product. When I say soft launch, I mean I just quietly dropped the course packages on the web site and haven’t started to promote them yet. This course took a lot longer to finish than I anticipated. I have packaged it into two versions. One comes with the book, and the other does not. The course is almost 3.5 hours of video content, a PDF of the slide deck, and some supporting documents referenced in the course.
