Is this another diet plan of the week idea?

No. We teach you how to identify bad habits and change them, as well as teaching you how to add new good habits into your life. We do discuss nutrition, and provide some information on how and when to eat, but we do not provide a specific diet.

Is this another crazy exercise system?

No. We teach you how to change and add habits. We do discuss exercise and it's importance in life, and provide examples of exercises people can do to lose weight, and provide examples of exercise routine on the internet that may be helpful, but we do not sell an exercise routine.

Are you going to lecture me on the way I live my life?

Only to the extent that if you are overweight, you need to change thigs in your life. We will help you identify what needs to change, and how to do it, by utilizing thw knowledge of what habits are and how they rule our lives.
